Andrés, Asociado Senior de Araoz & Rueda, presta asesoramiento en materia fiscal a todo tipo de empresas nacionales y multinacionales, especialmente en las cuestiones fiscales que se plantean en el marco de operaciones de adquisición y venta de empresas, incluyendo en procesos de Due Diligence y revisión fiscal de modelos financieros, así como la optimización fiscal de estructuras preexistentes.

Antes de unirse a Araoz & Rueda en 2020 trabajó como Asociado Senior en el Departamento de M&A Tax de Landwell-PricewaterhouseCoopers Tax & Legal Services (2018-2020), así como en el Departamento Fiscal de otras firmas de consultoría como KPMG Abogados y Deloitte Asesores Tributarios (2014-2018).

Formación

Curso Superior sobre Planificación Fiscal Internacional por el Centro de Estudios Financieros – CEF (2018).
Máster en Asesoría Físcal de Empresas (LL.M.) por el Instituto de Empresa (2014).
Licenciatura en Derecho por la Universidad de A Coruña (2013).
