Andrés Máiz

Andrés advises in tax matters to all kind of national and international clients, including the tax aspects arising from the acquisition and sale of companies, due diligence processes, the review – from a Spanish tax approach – of financial models, as well as the tax optimization of pre-existing structures.

Before joining Araoz & Rueda in 2020, he worked as a senior associate in the M&A Tax Department of Landwell-PricewaterhouseCoopers Tax & Legal Services (2018-2020), and in the tax departaments of other consulting firms, such as KMPG Abogados and Deloitte Asesores Tributarios (2014-2018).
