  • Advice to the most important Portuguese insurance company, on i) the acquisition of Trianon Building, a landmark office complex with a surface area of around of 20,000 sq.m. located in Hortaleza, a high-end location in Madrid, and ii) the acquisition of Orion Building, a prestigious office complex located in the heart of the popular office sub-market of Manoteras, to the north of the Madrid.
  • Advice to Hungarian investor specialized in hotel establishments on the acquisition of three 4-star hotels on the Andalusian coast of Spain owned by Mutualidad de la Abogacía, an insurance company for legal professionals.
  • Advice to a Belgium real estate investor company on the purchase of a landmark residential building in Velázquez, 70 (Salamanca district), the core of Madrid business and commercial district.
  • Advice to Socimi (forming part of one of the most relevant Spanish real estate groups) on the purchase of a plot in “Parque Empresarial de la Carpetania” (one of the hot spots for logistics traffic in Madrid), located in the south of Madrid, for the development of a logistics warehouse.
