Araoz & Rueda has signed Javier Prieto as partner to lead the Tax Department.
For the past three years he has developed his professional career at Ramón y Cajal as the partner of the Tax Department. Prior to this he was a tax associate at Uría Menéndez (six years) and at KPMG Lawyers (three years).
J.D. from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas -ICADE- (1998), he has broad experience (more than 12 years) advising domestic and international clients in corporate restructuring transactions, investment/divestment structures of companies and private equity funds, inspections and tax litigation, as well as in tax planning for investors and groups of companies.
