Luis Trigueros

Luis advises in all kind of corporate transactions involving mergers, acquisitions, investments and divestments, corporate restructuring and sale of assets, both on behalf of the buyer and the seller. He also advises regularly in general corporate matters and participates in legal Due Diligence processes. In addition, he has experience providing legal advice to German-speaking companies.

Before joining Araoz & Rueda in 2021, he worked as an associate in the Corporate Department of BDO Abogados y Asesores Tributarios (2019-2021).
