Professional career

José Antonio advises in all kind of corporate transactions involving mergers, acquisitions, investments and divestments, corporate restructuring and sale of assets, both on behalf of the buyer and the seller. He also advises regularly in general corporate matters and participates in legal Due Diligence processes.

Before joining Araoz & Rueda in 2022, he worked as an associate in the Corporate Departments of Rousaud Costas Durán (DWF–RCD) and Ventura Garcés López-Ibor (2019-2022).

Education

Master’s Degree in IP and IT Law from the Universidad Internacional de la Rioja (2021).
Dual Master’s Degree for Admission to the Bar from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas, ICADE (2018).
Dual Bachelor’s Degree in Law and Business Administration (LLB + BBA) from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas, ICADE (2017).
