Advice to 3i on the divestment of its stake in Everis (the major shareholder, holding more than 18%), worldwide leading consultancy group, in the frame of the sale of the company to the Japanese telecommunications group NTT.

The value of the transaction disclosed by the press amounts to more than € 590,000,000.
