Nuestro despacho cuenta con un equipo altamente especializado en materia laboral, con amplia experiencia en la contratación y despido de trabajadores, implantación de políticas sociales y económicas, modificación de condiciones laborales (salarios, movilidad geográfica y funcional, etc.), reestructuración de plantillas y EREs (expedientes de regulación de empleo), convenios de negociación colectiva y huelgas, así como dirección letrada de los distintos conflictos laborales, tanto en vía administrativa como judicial.

Especial atención merecen las relaciones con altos directivos por su relevancia para nuestros clientes y la particular complejidad de sus contratos (pactos de remuneración, secreto profesional, no competencia, etc.), su extinción y la posible concurrencia con otra clase de relaciones de índole civil, societaria o mercantil.

Nuestro equipo de laboral colabora estrechamente con diversas áreas de ejercicio del despacho y, en particular, con el área de fusiones y adquisiciones y capital riesgo en la que destacan, entre otros, la realización de auditorías (“due diligence”) laborales, la adopción de todo tipo de medidas de reestructuración (ERE, ERTE por causas ETOP – económicas, técnicas, organizativas y productivas -, modificación sustancial de condiciones de trabajo), redacción y supervisión de contratos de alta dirección, elaboración de políticas de retribución, etc. Igualmente, de forma coordinada con el departamento fiscal, asesoramos en el diseño de planes retributivos y de incentivos en general, incluyendo, entre otros, planes de opciones sobre acciones, de participación en resultados, de pensiones, etc.

Asimismo, como consecuencia de la pandemia generada por el COVID-19, asesoramos en todo tipo de cuestiones de ámbito laboral relacionadas con la crisis sanitaria y económica, como ERTE´s por causas de fuerza mayor y por causas ETOP (económicas, técnicas, organizativas y de la producción), modificación sustancial de condiciones laborales para asegurar la viabilidad de los negocios y la protección de los puestos de trabajo, implantación de protocolos y medidas de prevención de riesgos laborales, así como cuestiones diversas derivadas, entre otros, del teletrabajo, la flexibilidad, etc.

Vencimiento para medidas de jubilación: 31 de Marzo de 2013
