The acquisition of this additional stake means Mazuelo, company controlled by Eduardo Santos-Ruiz- now owns 85.53 of the Spanish winery, remaining as <strong>the main shareholder of the company<\/strong> with 3,500,326 shares.<\/p>\n<p>Partner <a href=\"https:\/\/www.araozyrueda.com\/en\/team\/alejandro-fernandez-de-araoz\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Alejandro Fern\u00e1ndez de Araoz<\/a> and associates <a href=\"https:\/\/www.araozyrueda.com\/en\/team\/guillermo-bueno\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Guillermo Bueno<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.araozyrueda.com\/en\/team\/maria-antonia-perez\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">M\u00aa Antonia P\u00e9rez <\/a>have advised Mazuelo on capital markets , while partner <a href=\"https:\/\/www.araozyrueda.com\/en\/team\/rafael-bazan\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Rafael Baz\u00e1n<\/a> has advised on the financing of the transaction with Caixabank (advised by G\u00f3mez-Acebo &amp; Pombo).<\/p>\n<p>Bar\u00f3n de Ley\u2019s share capital is listed on <strong>the four Spanish stock exchange markets: Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao and Valencia<\/strong>.
