Los ponentes tambi\u00e9n examinar\u00e1n la reciente propuesta de la Uni\u00f3n Europea que pretende establecer un marco para controlar la inversi\u00f3n extranjera directa en la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Alejandro Fern\u00e1ndez de Araoz<\/strong> cuenta con contrastada experiencia en asuntos societarios, bancarios, burs\u00e1tiles, contrataci\u00f3n mercantil y derecho de la competencia y, concretamente, en\u00a0las \u00e1reas de Fusiones y Adquisiciones y mercado de valores.<\/p>\n<p>La conferencia, organizada por IBA European Regional Forum, comenzar\u00e1 a las 12:30 horas en el Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Barcelona.
