Verifica has three main business areas which include Debt collection management services. Debt collection management services constitutes more than half of revenues, and Verifica has client relationships with several of the largest Spanish banks.<\/p>\n

With the acquisition of Verifica,\u00a0B2Holding\u00a0has secured a strong platform for further growth in one of the largest markets for NPLs in\u00a0Europe.<\/p>\n

Araoz & Rueda’s team has been led by partners Alejandro Fern\u00e1ndez de Araoz<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Rafael Baz\u00e1n<\/a> and the associate Amalia Carrillo-Batalla.<\/span><\/p>\n
