Carlota provides advice on general corporate law matters, with a particular focus on renewable energy projects, where she advises on all legal aspects that may arise throughout the life of a project. She also advises on M&A and corporate matters.<\/p>\n

Carlota rejoined our firm in 2025, after two years at Bird & Bird. Previously, she had worked at our firm (2019\u20132024), following an internship at Clyde & Co.<\/p>\n
