María, Senior Associate at Araoz & Rueda, advises in the area of Corporate and Commercial Law, focusing in Mergers and Acquisitions, and participating in Due Diligence processes. She also collaborates regularly with the Energy and Banking & Finance Departments.

María joined Araoz & Rueda in 2018, after having completed with us the work experience requirement for Admission to the Madrid Bar.

Previously, she was a legal trainee at the Spanish Supreme Court and a legal analyst intern at the Bank of Spain.
