Carlota Clemente

Carlota advises in all kind of corporate transactions, focusing in mergers and acquisitions. She also advises in general corporate matters and in Due Diligence proccesses.

Carlota joined Araoz & Rueda in 2019, after having completed the work experience for Access to the Legal Profession at Clyde & Co.

• Double Master’s Degree for Access to the Legal Profession from Instituto de Empresas (2018).
• Double Degree in Law and Political Science from the Universidad de Valencia (2017).
