Amalia advises on finance transactions, focusing in the financing of acquisitions and the sale and purchase of NPLs, REOs and other assets. She also advises in general corporate matters and in Due Diligence proccesses.
Before joining our firm she worked as an associate in Baker McKenzie Madrid (2015-2017).
