Our Labour Department has broad experience in all areas of labor law. This experience includes the hiring and dismissal of workers, implementation of workforce restructuring plans, modification of labor conditions (salaries, geographical and functional mobility, etc.), restructuring of staff and redundancy plans, negotiating collective bargaining agreements and strikes, as well as advice in contentious labor conflicts, both in administrative and judicial proceedings.
Special attention is paid to relations with top managers due to their relevance to our clients and the particular complexity of their contracts (compensation, professional secrets, non-competition clauses, etc.), their termination and the possible co-existence with other types of civil, corporate or commercial relations.
Our labour team also coordinates with different areas of our firm, in particular with the mergers and acquisitions and private equity areas, given the importance of labor due diligence, drafting and supervising of top managerial contracts. We also work alongside the tax department to design compensation and incentive plans such as stock option plans, profit sharing plans and pensions schemes.
