Su práctica se centra en Fusiones y Adquisiciones y Capital Riesgo, siendo especialmente activo en el área de capital riesgo en la que cuenta con una dilatada experiencia en el asesoramiento a entidades de capital riesgo en toda clase de inversiones y desinversiones, MBO\'s, MBI\'s y LBO\'s, etc.
