Guillermo Yuste, partner of the Banking & Finance Department at Araoz & Rueda since 2011, joined our firm after several years in the Banking & Finance Department at Linklaters (Madrid, 2001-2005).

He has broad experience in national and cross-border financial transactions, including corporate, structured, acquisition and project finance matters as well as debt restructurings.
