Francisco Aldavero joined Araoz & Rueda as a partner in 1996, after seven years at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.

His work focuses on Mergers and Acquisitions and Venture Capital - being especially active in the area of private equity- in which he has an extensive experience advising venture capital entities and private equity funds in all sorts of investments and divestments, MBO\'s, MBI\'s, LBO\'s, etc.
