Iñigo Rodríguez-Sastre, partner of the Litigation and Insolvency Department at Araoz & Rueda since 2010, joined our firm after ten years in the Litigation Department at Clifford Chance (Madrid, 1998-2008), where he was promoted to partner in 2002.
Prior to joining Clifford Chance he worked as an associate at Ventura Garcés (Madrid, 1990-1992) and then as an associate in the Corporate and Litigation Departments at Baker & McKenzie (Madrid, 1992-1998).
Since 1994 he has developed his practice advising in the areas of Civil and Commercial Litigation, Insolvency and National and International Arbitration, where he has extensive experience in advising domestic and international clients in a wide range of disputes, involving Spanish Court proceedings and matters administered by domestic and international arbitral bodies.
He has been recognized as a highly recommended lawyer in the area of litigation in prestigious legal directories such as Chambers & Partners.
He regularly participates in numerous seminars and lectures in prestigious and well-known institutions and universities. He has also been a professor of Litigation and Arbitration at Instituto de Empresa for twelve years.
