Ainhoa Veiga, partner of Araoz & Rueda since 2005, joined the firm as an associate in 1998, after a “Stage” at the legal advisor of Steelcase-Strafor (1994-1995), Strasbourg (France).
Ainhoa is specialized in competition/antitrust, advising clients before the EU/Spanish competition authorities in order to obtain their authorization in those transactions and contracts which may need it. Her practice includes opposing proposed concentrations and the proposal, preparation and execution of compliance programs.
Ainhoa has also extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and on intellectual property matters.
