Our recruiting process for first year lawyers consists of written tests (English tests and a case study). After these, short-listed candidates will undergo several interviews with some of the partners in order to determinate if their background and personal profile would fit into our firm.
Recruitment calendar for first year lawyers:
- All year around: We receive applications for lawyers without experience.
- From January 1 up to June 30: Recruitment process.
- First Monday of September: Incorporation of first year lawyers to our firm.
Furthermore, and due to the increase of work load in our different departments, we often need to hire professionals with experience. In this case the recruiting process will also consist of English tests and a case study covering the corresponding area of expertise.
We receive applications all year around for lawyers with experience.
