Our team has broad experience in advising investors, developers and financiers, who we advise on all sorts of investment and developments in Spain and abroad, as well as in the financing of many projects in all areas of the real estate market (including shopping malls, hotels, hospitals, gyms, universities).

Likewise, our team advises regarding real estate and planning law as they impact in buy-sell transactions, sale and lease-back of real estate assets, requalification and urbanization of real property, construction and architectural services and project-management contracts. The team also performs real estate due diligences for development companies and real estate investors.

Furthermore, a very significant number of our real estate matters have a strong “mergers and acquisitions” component, which enables us to offer our clients in this area a substantial value added based on a full service advice and a clear business-oriented approach.
