We act in defence of our clients’ interests, providing legal advice in pre-insolvency stages, analysing the convenience of initiating judicial proceedings and preparing the judicial strategy to follow should the exercise of judicial actions be necessary. 

We also act as legal counsel, both for plaintiffs and defendants, in all sorts of civil and corporate and commercial proceedings relating to companies and corporate and commercial contracting, representing our clients before courts of all levels: Constitutional Court, Supreme Court, Superior Court, National Courts and Trial Courts. 

Equally, we advise our clients in the avoidance and/or solution of conflicts, assisting them in the possible negotiations which may be necessary, as well as in the eventual adoption of transactional agreements.
