The Intellectual Property Department gives specialized advice to numerous clients in whose activities intellectual property rights play a crucial role. Our advice in this area includes not only the more traditional methods involving rights of authorship, such as editorial activity, the production of audiovisual works or the distribution of domestic videos, but also of other forms of exploitations such as digital and cable diffusion or the exploitation of rights on the internet.

We also represent video-graphic distributors, editorial companies, producers and programmers and television operators in their negotiations with owners of intellectual property rights.
