EU Law/Competition (Antitrust)

Our highly experienced EU Law and antitrust law team defends the interests of our clients before the EU and Spanish competition authorities. We assist our clients in obtaining the necessary authorization from the competition authorities in those transactions and contracts in which such are required (notifications of transactions of concentration, opposition to proceedings of concentration, administrative and court proceedings or antidumping matters, etc).

We also advise in the preparation of compliance programs for companies in order to verify the observance of the competition legislation and regulatory matters. 

Furthermore, we advise on EU Law, particularly regarding internal market issues.

Our competition team works closely with specialists in other areas of practice of the firm to offer our clients the most comprehensive advice.
