Our highly experienced EC Law and antitrust law team defends the interests of our clients before the EU and Spanish competition authorities. We assist our clients in obtaining the necessary authorization from the competition authorities in those transactions and contracts in which such are required (notifications of transactions of concentration, opposition to proceedings of concentration, administrative proceedings in defence of competition, proceedings establishing or antidumping matters, etc). We also advise in the preparation of compliance programs for companies dedicated to verifying the observance of the current legislation regarding competition.
