Shortly after the firm was founding, it advised in the first public floating of a Spanish fast-food company, with a Spanish tranche and a larger institutional European shareholder. Since then, the firm has advised various public companies, and it intervenes regularly in operations related with the stock market (OPA’s, OPV’s, regulatory procedures, etc.).
