The prestigious French legal publication Décideurs Stratégie Finance Droit granted the International Legal Awards in a ceremony hold in Paris last June 23. These awards recognize the best law firms in several jurisdictions. Prizes were given within the following categories: Americas - 8 prizes; Europe - 8 prizes; Pacific & South Asia - 4 prizes and Middle East & Africa - 2 prizes. Araoz & Rueda was a finalist in the category of "Best Law Firm in Spain 2011", receiving for fourth year the Silver Award as a "Distinguished Spanish Law Firm" of the year.

The Gold Award for the Best Spanish Law Firm of 2011 went to Uría Menéndez. Congratulations!

Having competed for the Gold Award with other Spanish nominated law firms, Araoz & Rueda received the Silver Award as a "Distinguished Spanish Law Firm" of 2011. Partners Clifford Hendel and Ainhoa Veiga represented our firm in the event and collected this award.
